Is there special NGO pricing?
Not a separate plan, and we would rather be straight about that. What you get is the same 365-day free year and flat pricing from ₹10 per person per month, which is deliberately low for funded headcount.
Can we keep volunteers and staff separate?
ZekoHR is built for employment records, so paid staff fit naturally. Volunteers can be kept as records where useful, but it is honest to say an HR system is not a volunteer-management tool.
Will it stand up to a donor audit?
Every material action is in an append-oriented audit log with actor and before-and-after values, documents carry verification status and expiry, and policies show exactly who acknowledged them.
Our funding is per grant. Is the cost predictable?
Yes. Flat per-person pricing with GST invoices, no setup fee, and people who leave stop being billable immediately, so the number moves only when headcount does.
