Holiday calendars and weekly-off patterns are configurable, and where stores are separate legal entities, calendars and policies scope per company under one login.
Store staff do not have laptops. Is that a problem?
No. Everything works from a phone browser, so payslips, leave and documents are in each person's pocket without any store hardware.
We hire and part with people every month. How painful is that?

Can payslips reach staff without a shared computer?
Yes. Payslips are PDFs in each employee's own portal with an email notification, so nothing gets printed and pinned to a notice board.
