Pricing questions, answered plainly
Who counts as a user?
Every employee record with an active employment status. Offboarded employees stop being billable, so your bill goes down when people leave.
What happens mid-cycle?
Adding seats mid-cycle is prorated so you only pay for the remainder of the period. Removing seats takes effect from the next cycle.
Is GST included?
No. All prices shown exclude GST. Your invoice is a proper GST invoice; add your GSTIN in billing settings to have it printed on every invoice.
How can this page not drift from my invoice?
This page renders the same live plan catalog our billing system charges from. It is fetched, not typed in. A price change appears here the moment it is made.
What happens when the free year ends?
You pick a plan at ₹10, ₹20 or ₹30 per user per month, and the exact charge is shown before you pay. If you do not subscribe, you keep read-only access and your data is retained for 90 days before being irreversibly purged.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges ten months for twelve, so two months are free. The toggle above shows both cycles with the real numbers side by side.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, upgrades and downgrades are self-serve, and the exact charge or credit is always shown before you confirm. Nothing changes silently.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee, no implementation charge and no minimum contract; pricing is the per-user rate and nothing else, plus GST.
