Most "platforms" are acquisitions wearing a trench coat: separate tools, separate logins, records that drift apart. ZekoHR was built as one product. Approved leave flows into attendance, attendance feeds payroll pre-flight, claims reconcile against advances. Nothing is re-entered, so nothing disagrees.
India-first, not India-localised
TDS declaration flows with proof uploads. Restricted-holiday calendars. GST invoices with your GSTIN printed on them. PF and ESI opt-ins on the profile. The primary database in Mumbai. Not a western product with a currency dropdown; the Indian reality is the default.
Honesty as a feature
Our security page lists what is live and what is still planned, including the uncomfortable parts. Our pricing page renders the same catalog our billing system charges from, so it cannot drift from your invoice. When we do not have something, the page says so instead of a sales rep saying "roadmap".
A year to decide, not a demo
Every signup gets the full product free for 12 months, up to 50 employees, no card. Not a trial of a crippled tier. You find out what your team actually uses before paying for anything, and offboarded employees stop being billable the day they leave.

Common questions
Why should we trust a newly launched product?
Do not trust claims; check them. The product is behind a 365-day free trial, the security page lists our gaps in public, and the company behind ZekoHR, Teknowledge Software, has been building software in Kolkata for more than twenty years.
What happens to our data if ZekoHR shuts down or we leave?
Your data is never trapped: the documented API is available on Pro, and on cancellation you keep read-only access with data retained for 90 days before an irreversible purge. An immediate purge on request is supported as an audited operation.
Do you have SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
Not yet, and our security page says so plainly rather than hiding it. Most of the evidence-producing controls behind those certifications already exist and are documented; certification is planned when the pipeline justifies it.
